Welcoming Spring
It’s so nice to finally feel spring weather is finally here. The lovely fragrance of blooming flowers reminds us of what’s in store for us. Let’s take advantage of the unique energy of spring.

Lighten Up Your Home and Renew Your Life

Many people clean out their homes. This is a time of new beginnings. Is there a small area of your house you have been meaning to organize? Complete an overdue project in your personal life. I personally am most motivated to take care of winter clothing chores during this season. If I wait till summer, I lose momentum. Use the energy of spring to motivate you. Take a look at the plans you made in the winter. What is something you are truly excited about? You can write it down and how you will implement your plan.

Lighten Up Your Diet

Adding more green to cleanse your system from winter will help you feel less sluggish. Your body craves lighter foods at this time of year. See what’s in season at the farmer’s market and try to add more fruits and vegetables to your plate.

Mix Up Your Routine

Consider working outside or eating your lunch outside. Spring doesn’t last long. We should take advantage of this limited window of opportunity to enjoy the comfortable weather. Summer can be too humid and stifling. Sit on your porch or patio. Exercising outdoors is a pleasure now.

Hope you enjoy spring weather and incorporate ways to celebrate this season and your life to make changes and adjustments as needed.
