Green Juice – Part of a Healthy Diet

I’m a big fan of eating your fruits and veggies. You get the greatest amount of fiber and freshness, less concentrated sugar, along with the feelings of fullness/satiety that most people want (i.e. not as a meal replacement). I know that for many people, it can become an expensive habit. Here’s where I see green juices can complement a healthy diet:

Eating Routines

One way to keep your digestive system strong is to follow a reasonable schedule. Your body will learn to expect food at certain times and this will keep you on an even keel and you’ll avoid feeling ravenously hungry. If you eat super late at night or eat at erratic times, this confuses your digestive system. You may overeat if you wait too long between meals. It’s so easy to take in too much sugar through juices, sodas and other sweetened drinks. The harmful effects of sugar on your weight, skin, and overall health are well-documented. There is no warning label system at this time,

Digestive Issues?
Eat Less Animal Products

Eating less meat gives your digestive system a chance to rest. Meat is one of the hardest foods to digest. Your digestive system slows down under stress so a reduction in animal products can help you with bloating and digestive symptoms. You may notice that you feel better overall with a more whole foods plant-based diet. When I was diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth),I couldn’t figure out why I was bloated after following a strict diet. I still noticed I kept suffering from the same symptoms. I tried so many protocols and wasn’t sure what else I could
